Over his extensive career, Mr. Sharma has amassed in-depth knowledge and expertise in executing a wide range of building types — including industrial structures, hotels, spinning mills, hostels, and more. His deep understanding of construction methodologies, site management, budgeting, and quality control has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operational excellence.

Prior to founding Vintech Builders, Mr. Sharma served as the General Manager at a reputed construction firm, where he led several high-profile projects to successful completion. In 2010, driven by a vision to create his own legacy in the construction domain, he took a bold step and established Vintech Builders. What started as a modest enterprise has now evolved into a robust and well-respected organization, achieving a turnover exceeding one hundred million rupees within just 14 years — a milestone that reflects our commitment, resilience, and growing presence in the industry.
